On a phone, OBC Rotapad has a header at the top of the screen and a navigation bar at the bottom. Both stay in place on every page.

Tap a button to go to that page.

The bottom navigation bar

  • Dashboard: numbers and charts about shifts and the team. See Use the dashboard. It shows a New label the first couple of times you visit.
  • Shifts: the rota for each Sunday, where you join and leave shifts. This is the page OBC Rotapad opens on.
  • Team: everyone on the team, with their role and contact details.
  • Settings: the church’s service times and other settings.

The header

The header at the top of the screen

  • Bell: opens your notifications. A red dot on the bell means you have unread notifications. See Check your notifications.
  • Question mark: opens this help site in a new tab.
  • Your initials: opens the user menu.

The user menu

Tap your initials to open the user menu. It shows your name and email address, and these options:
  • Profile: change your name and phone number. See Update your profile.
  • Switch to Dark or Switch to Light: change the app’s colours. Your choice is saved on this phone, so other devices keep their own setting.
  • Sign out: sign out of OBC Rotapad.

On a computer or tablet

On a wider screen, a sidebar on the left replaces the bottom navigation bar. It has the same four pages. Tap or click the arrow at the top of the sidebar to make it narrower. The bell, help button and your initials are in the top-right corner, as on a phone.
