# Sign in and out

> Sign in with your email and password, and sign out from the user menu.

Sign in with the email address your invitation was sent to and the password you chose when you accepted it.

## Sign in

    Open OBC Rotapad in your phone's browser. If you're signed out, you see the **Welcome Back** page.

  <Step title="Enter your email and password">
    Enter your **Email Address** and **Password**. To check what you typed, tap the eye icon in the password box to show or hide your password.

    Tap **Sign In**. The button shows **Signing in...**, then the **Shifts** page opens.

## Sign out

    Tap your initials in the top-right corner of the screen. The menu shows your name and email address.

  <Step title="Tap Sign out">
    Tap **Sign out**. You're taken back to the sign-in page.

## Common problems

### You see an error when you tap Sign In

An error message appears above the **Sign In** button if your email or password isn't right. Check them both, then try again. If you've forgotten your password, tap **Forgot password?** on the sign-in page. See [Reset your password](/help/reset-your-password).

### You've never set a password

You set your password when you accept your invitation. See [Accept your invitation](/getting-started/accept-your-invitation).
