# Accept your invitation

> Open your invitation email, create your account, and get to the Shifts page.

An admin adds you to the team, and you get an invitation email. Accepting it sets up your account so you can sign in to OBC Rotapad.

  <Step title="Open the link in your invitation email">
    Tap the link in the email. It opens the sign-up page in your browser.

  <Step title="Fill in your details">
    Enter your **First name** and **Last name**, and choose a **Password**. All three are required.

  <Step title="Tap Continue">
    Tap **Continue**. The button shows **Loading...** while your account is set up. When it's ready, you're signed in and taken to the **Shifts** page.

  If you already have an account, the link signs you straight in instead. You see **Signing in...** for a moment, then the **Shifts** page.

## Common problems

### The page says "Invitation Unavailable"

The link is incomplete or has expired. Make sure you opened the whole link from the email. If it still doesn't work, ask an admin to invite you again.

### You see an error instead of the sign-up page

The page shows **Error** and a message explaining what went wrong. Ask an admin for help, and tell them what the message says.

### You can't find the invitation email

Check your spam or junk folder. If it isn't there, ask an admin to check that they used the right email address.
